Abstracts must be submitted in English only.
IMPORTANT!?By default the corresponding author will also be the presenting author in case the abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation. By submitting an abstract for presentation at the Annual Meeting, you confirm that you will attend?in-person in London?and are?sufficiently proficient in English?to deliver your presentation and respond to questions from the audience.
It is not allowed to change the corresponding/presenting author, nor is it allowed to make changes to the list of authors, the list of affiliations or the abstract itself after the corresponding/presenting author has received the outcome of the reviewing process. Ensure all details are accurate before submitting your abstract.
At submission, abstracts must contain unpublished, original material that has not been presented at any other meeting. It is also not allowed to submit the abstract to any other meeting that takes place before the ESHRE Annual Meeting.?Each presenting author may only submit one abstract.
Only generic names (or descriptions of components)?should be used?in the title and abstract text. T, the use of brand names is prohibited.
The?abstract title must specify the study type, particularly if it describes a randomised controlled trial (RCT) or a meta-analysis.
For?RCTs, inclusion of a?trial registration number is mandatory. The abstract should provide sufficient methodological detail, including (but not limited to) the number of participants, randomisation method, intervention(s), and the primary outcome.
All abstracts will be reviewed anonymously, without the names and affiliations of the authors. Authors are requested to indicate their preference for oral and/or poster presentation on the abstract submission form. Abstracts submitted for oral/poster presentation, that are not selected for oral communication may be redirected to the poster sessions. The decisions of the selection committee are final. All accepted abstracts along with the index of authors will be published in an abstract book, which will be a supplement to the Human Reproduction Journals.
All abstracts will be reviewed and scored after which they will either be accepted for presentation or rejected. This process will take some time to complete and the?results?will be available no later than 25 April. At this time the submitter will be notified as to whether their abstract has been accepted or not.

Visitor registrations
Individuals who only wish to visit the in-person and/or virtual exhibit and Industry sponsored sessions can do so by registering as a ‘Visitor’. This option does?not?include access to the official scientific programme (i.e. precongress courses and main programme).
The visitor registration fee = 389,76 Euro (including 20% UK VAT)
Low-Income Country (LIC) registrations
ESHRE members?who currently live and work in Low Income Countries (i.e countries listed under the?World Bank’s low-income classification?as per 1/1/2025) and Ukraine are eligible for reduced registration fees for the ESHRE 2026 Annual Meeting. During the individual registration process, you will have the option to combine your meeting registration with your ESHRE membership in a single transaction.
The LIC main programme registration = 180 Euro (including 20% UK VAT)
The LIC precongress course registration = 120 Euro (including 20% UK VAT)

What is included in the Annual meeting fees
Main Programme fee includes:
- in-person attendance, whereby participants are physically present in London, UK
- a virtual connection with livestream in real time that participants can join from anywhere
- admission to the main scientific programme and the exhibition
- access to the sponsored sessions onsite
- a certificate of attendance after completion of an?evaluation
- on-demand access post annual meeting via the virtual platform for 5 months after the conference has taken place
Registration fee for the Precongress Courses includes:
- in-person admission to one (1) precongress course as selected to attend onsite
- virtual access to all 2026 precongress courses
- on-demand access to?all?precongress courses after the conference has taken place
-?a certificate of attendance for the attended courses after completion of an evaluation
