Abstracts submitted on or before Monday, June 2 will be subject to a non-refundable processing fee of $60 for AES members and $90 for non-members.?Abstracts submitted between June 3 - June 9 will be subject to an increased, non-refundable processing fee of $120 for AES members and $180 for non-members.
If you would like to join AES as a member to submit at the member rate, please allow up to 5 business days for your membership payment to be processed before submitting your abstract.
The submission site will close Monday, June 9 at 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time.
